The company Aurum Capital Project Limited was incorporated on 3rd August 1992 as a private limited company, engaged in rendering financial products and services and there-after changing its name to `VIRAJ CREDIT CAPITAL LIMITED’ in October 1994, it came out with its maiden Public offer in December 1995 and listed on the stock exchange in February 1996. The name of company has since been changed on 11th March 2016 to `AURUM CAPITAL PROJECTS LIMITED’.
The company is a RBI registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) which have been carefully designed with the objective to help the customers to meet out their short term and long term financial needs. The products and services offered are term loans, loan against property and shares, trading and investment in shares and security, project appraisal and credit syndication, etc.
