A customer may be entitled to a refund only in the following situations: - An unintentional error in remittance by the customer; or - An inaccurate calculation of the due amount by the customer that results in an overpayment to the company.
Refunds will not be applicable in cases including, but not limited to: - Change of mind after payment - Market-related losses or fluctuations - Transactions already executed - Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
Upon verification and confirmation of an eligible overpayment, the excess amount will be processed for refund.
Refunds will be credited only to the client’s registered bank account.
The refund will be completed within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of approval.
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval as per Wealth Wisdom India’s compliance and regulatory requirements.
