In February 2024, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved a resolution plan submitted by IndusInd International Holdings Ltd. (IIHL), a subsidiary of the Hinduja Group, involving a payment of ₹9,661 crore. The plan includes delisting Reliance Capital from stock exchanges, with the entire existing share capital canceled. Shareholders will not receive any compensation, as the liquidation value of their equity shares was determined to be nil. The delisting aligns with SEBI’s Delisting Regulations and aims to restructure and streamline the company’s financial and operational framework
