Both the units – India Casting & Indu are parts of SR Group of Industries, Agra has been famous since the time of the mughals because of 7th wonder of the world i.e. The Taj mahal and for the ornamental and war castings. Agra is strategically located in the North part of India with a close proximity of just 180km/3 Hrs drive from Delhi, the capital of IndiaWe have been into the ferrous castings since 1960. The group Pioneer Late Shri S.R Agarwal started the mother unit India Casting Company initially to make weights (for Weighments) and soon added on to produce Railway components, Agricultural Diesel engine, Pump sets and their spares.
Subsequently, the family professionals took the company to new horizon with the group standing tall in 3 sectors and gradually diversified into casting and machining. Since India casting Company could not meet the customer volumes in 2004, we added Indu Engineering and Textiles with an optimum capacity of 9600MT per annum and to have better controls we merged the activities of India Casting Company into Indu Engineering and Textiles Ltd.
The organization continues to explore and exploit more business opportunities in the fields of manufacturing and supplying components of Cast Iron, SGI Steel and Alloy Components of all prevailing grades with weights ranging from 1 Kg to 300 Kgs. - in any forms - Finished Castings, Rough or fully machined.
Over the years we have developed longstanding, extensive relationships with our customer and believe that we are among the preferred supplier or partner to most of them. We believe in constantly upgrading our technology thus assuring us customers a quality product at a competitive price.
