Our Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name of “Gauri Papers Limited” on 03rd September, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 5759 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement in the same name on 06th September, 1982 under the Registrar of Companies of U.P., Kanpur. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Prabhat Securities Limited” vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 14th December, 1994 issued by Registrar of Companies of U.P., Kanpur. The Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company is L22022UP1982PLC005759. The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company ("NBFC") which is into the business of investment and financing. The Company is registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Non-Banking Finance Company, not accepting public deposits under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Equity Shares of the Company are listed on Metropolitan Stock Exhande of India (MSEI) and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE).
