In March 1993, Merind ltd issued 18,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.60 per share on a rights basis in the prop. 1:1. fully Subscribed. Another 90,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.60 per share were offered to the employees but only 42,000 shares were subscribed.
