The Company was initially incorporated on 25th May, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Public Limited Company under the name and style as Maryada Commercial Enterprises and Investment Company Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 013738, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Company is engaged in the business of investment and finance and other related NBFC activities.
The Company is a non banking financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India.To purchase, acquire, take on lease, or in exchange or in any other lawful manner any area, land, buildings, structures and to turn the same into accsuret, develop the same and dispose of or maintain the same and to build townships, flats, plots, shops, markets or other buildings or conveniences, thereon and to equip the same or any part thereof with all or any amenities or conveniences, drainage facility, and to deal with the same in any manner whatsoever. To acquire any shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stock, bonds, notes, obligations or securities by original subscription contract tender, purchase, exchange, under writing and by participation in syndicates or otherwise and whether or and fully paid and to subscribe for the same and to dispose of the same.
