Ticker Limited has received a strategic equity investment from Financial Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of 63 moons technologies Ltd., which acquired 7.96 million equity shares through a secondary market transaction for approximately ₹21.49 crore on 13 July 2026. Following the acquisition, the subsidiary holds a 0.45% stake in the unlisted technology company. The transaction was carried out on an arm's-length basis, is not a related-party transaction, and did not require any regulatory approvals. Ticker, incorporated in 2005, operates in the information technology-enabled services space and has witnessed a sharp decline in its financial performance, with revenue falling to ₹27 lakh in FY2025-26 from ₹67.99 lakh in FY2024-25 and ₹15.37 crore in FY2023-24. The investment reflects 63 moons technologies' long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in the technology sector through strategic equity holdings.
