Polymatech Electronics Limited, one of India’s leading semiconductor manufacturers, has announced that it has executed a 99-year lease agreement for additional land at the SIPCOT Medical Devices Park near its existing facility in Oragadam.The company has secured 4.45 acres of land, which will support the expansion of its medical devices manufacturing infrastructure. Polymatech has earmarked an investment of ₹550 crore for this project, following the strong market response to its latest medical device innovations showcased at CES and HIMSS in Las Vegas.

Once completed, the new facility will produce a range of advanced medical devices, further enhancing India’s capabilities in high-precision electronics and healthcare manufacturing. The project is also expected to create employment opportunities for around 100 engineers.Commenting on the development, MD & CEO Eswara Rao Nandam said the additional land will help the company scale up advanced medical device manufacturing in India and respond more efficiently to growing global demand with improved speed, precision, and quality.
