Here is a summary of the Cash Flow Statement for the years 2025 and 2024:
Cash Flow from Operating Activities
In the year ending 31st
March 2025, the company generated a net cash inflow of ₹79.29 lakhs from its
operating activities. This is lower than the previous year’s strong inflow of
₹253.02 lakhs. The decrease was mainly due to a drop in profit before tax (₹57.19
lakhs vs. ₹126.43 lakhs in 2024) and lower provisions against standard assets.
However, positive changes in working capital especially an increase in trade
payables and a slight rise in receivables helped support the
operating cash flow.
Cash Flow from Investing Activities
There was no cash flow
from investing activities in 2025, while in 2024 the company had an inflow of
₹50.00 lakhs, likely from reduced investments other than subsidiaries.
Cash Flow from Financing Activities
The company saw a cash
outflow of ₹58.55 lakhs in financing activities in 2025, due to a reduction in
borrowings. This is an improvement over the previous year’s higher outflow of
₹307.12 lakhs, suggesting better debt management or lower funding requirements in 2025.
Cash & Cash Equivalents
Overall, the company’s
cash position improved in 2025 with a net increase of ₹20.74 lakhs, compared to
a decrease of ₹4.10 lakhs in 2024. The closing cash balance rose from ₹1.63
lakhs in 2024 to ₹22.37 lakhs by the end of 2025.
