Onix Renewable Limited, a promoter of Onix Solar Energy Ltd, has reduced its stake in the company through an off-market sale of 6.77 lakh equity shares on June 10, 2026. The transaction was valued at approximately ₹26.08 crore and led to the promoter's shareholding declining to 54.60% from 56.44%.

Following the sale, Onix Renewable's holding decreased from 2.08 crore shares to 2.01 crore shares. The company disclosed the transaction under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was submitted by Director Divyeshkumar Savaliya to Onix Solar Energy on June 12, 2026, and was subsequently forwarded to BSE.

The off-market transaction resulted in a reduction in the promoter group's ownership while ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements. No derivative trades by the promoter entity were reported in connection with the transaction.
