The company purchased a 51 percent investment in M/s. Geosoft Technologies (Trivandrum) Ltd and a 51 percent stake in M/S Iridium Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. during the 2005-06 fiscal year. As a result, Accentia Technologies Ltd has become the parent company of both enterprises.
