Executive Office (EO) Management:
Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, ensuring smooth communication.
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and official communications.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive organizational matters with discretion.
Human Resources (HR) Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance redressal.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Administration Management:
Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
Handle administrative budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and events for the organization.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, licenses, and registrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, Admin, or EO roles; managerial experience preferred.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and office management practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and administrative software tools.
